"I designed the new Arakawa Control Series fins for enhanced speed and hold through turns, with a vision of a thruster design that would push the envelope of committed rail surfing. These fins allow the surfer to load energy in the tip of the fins, leveraging power through maneuvers. The shape of the centre fin differs from the sides to articulate more through turns. This complementary front and centre fin combo creates exceptional hold at the apex of the turn with enhanced exit speed.
